To initiate any project, a deposit may be required as agreed upon in your quote. The remaining balance is typically due upon project completion or as otherwise outlined in your service agreement.
Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Delays may occur due to client feedback, unforeseen technical issues, or third-party dependencies. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Our projects typically include a set number of revisions as outlined in your quote. Additional revisions or significant changes to the project scope may incur extra charges. We will discuss any additional costs before proceeding with changes.
For website projects, we offer optional hosting and maintenance services. Details will be provided in your quote. If you choose to use your own hosting, we are happy to work with your provider.
We provide support for the services we deliver. Support typically covers issues directly related to the work we performed. Support requests should be sent via email or WhatsApp for the fastest response.
